How has raising a child with special needs changed your life? A father’s perspective
In today’s podcast, I’m speaking with my husband, Tom, to get his perspective. I must admit, some of his answers surprised me and some I had never heard before (and we’ve been married a long time).
I often say that becoming a parent of a child with special needs has changed my life forever, and in ways, I never thought possible. She has, personally, taught me many lessons (many of these experiences I share with others via the magazine) and I honestly believe she has helped make me a better person. We don’t often hear from fathers on this subject, so here are his.
