Don’t Wait to Sign up {Tip 19 of 31}

 Don’t wait to sign up for services for your child
 Do it now sign up for services [1]

The best tip I ever got was to put my child on waiting lists. I was advised to get on the med waiver [2] and vocational rehabilitation list, and any/all other provider lists I could. Even if your child is a year old or younger, just as soon as you know they have special needs, you should sign up for services. The younger they get started, the better off they will be when it comes to the services and benefits they will need.

Have you signed up and added your child’s name on the list for help/assistance in your state?
