My Child’s Progression in Education

and Experience to Function More Independently

[1]

We here at PSN Magazine feel that the form that we are sharing today is based upon a more “everyday, functional” life approach. There are target progress goals that are designed to help your child become more functionally independent. The form is a collaboration between PSN Magazine and Lynda Allen from Make Your Mark Education Center [2]. We use this guide with teachers and therapists, as well as at home, to help make sure the child is making progress (and the progress is monitored) to help them to gain more independence.
