Start preparing now for back to school: As we began preparing for another school year, it is time to get your Speech and/or Language impaired child ready for school. Speech and language skills are essential to learning and academic success, so it is important that your child receives the necessary services to prosper.

Programs/Services and Annual Updates: It is important that you equip your child with the necessary services/programs to succeed.  In school, teachers can arrange individual or small group settings for your child, as well as a team with assistants for optimal learning. If your child has a severe speech and/or language impairment, you may consider a speech therapy program that can further assist your child in the areas of speech, communication, feeding, articulation, apraxia [2], aphasia, stuttering [3], voice, cognition, memory, and augmentative communication.
