Westbridge Academy Presents Student Skill Building Workshop for Special Education Educators

Westbridge Academy has recruited Dan Gross, Director at Innovative Designs for Education, to present workshop, Building Executive Function Skills: The Missing Link to Student Achievement, for special education teachers and support teams.
Attendees will :
- Develop an understanding of executive function skills.
- Learn how to ensure that all students have a high level of engagement.
- Learn how to design classrooms that build executive function skills.
- Learn how to leverage executive function skills to provide ‘cognitive access’ to academic content.
This program, occurring on December 8, 2017 from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm at 60 West St. in Bloomfield, is offered as an outreach service to the greater education community in and around Essex County.
