The report lists skills within sections: Reading, Writing, Math, Behavior, Independent Living and Communication, and the reviewer can check off if the skill is mastered or being worked on.

PSN’s own Chantai originally created this report form and accompanying article when her daughter Kailee was in the 4th grade. (Kailee has already graduated from high school.) Now, updated this Progression Report proved to be incredibly useful pre-IEP, during the school year and in preparation for all education-related meetings.
