Our cover features Larkin & James O’Leary. Congratulations to Larkin and her very excited thrill-seeker, James O’Leary, 5 years old. They are our 9th Annual Mom and Me Contest winners! James has been diagnosed with Down syndrome, hearing loss and Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome.

James loves to pose for the camera and is working hard to increase his verbal communication. One day, he might just want to be a model or a singer.
