Meet Landyn Joseph Martin Carlier. He is 7 years old and has been diagnosed with Down Syndrome. Like most young boys, he loves to play and watch sports and loves spending time with his big brother, Darrick. In fact, when he grows up, he wants to be a baseball or football player. He also loves to watch Jake and the Neverland Pirates.
